1. Will your Trust be prepared by an attorney who specializes in Living Trusts?
   Some companies use no attorney at all or sell pre-packaged documents. All Estate Plans through the Cobb Planning Group are prepared by an attorney with over 16 years of Living Trust experience. All clients meet personally with the attorney to assure accuracy and appropriateness before any documents are signed.

2. Does the company working with you specialize in estate planning and Living Trusts or are they a "General Practitioner?"
   Anyone can call themselves a "specialist" even someone who only does a few plans per year as part of their practice. The yellow pages are full of attorneys who specialize in "divorce, family law, bankruptcy and estate planning". How can they specialize in all these areas?
