Mr. Cobb, in his capacity as an
Investment Advisor and Paralegal, has assisted in the preparation of
thousands of estate plans and trusts since 1979. Mr. Cobb is NOT an attorney
and is therefore not licensed to practice law. All legal documents are
prepared by an attorney thoroughly skilled in the preparation of Living
Trusts and who limits his practice to estate planning only. Attorneys
Mr. Barndt's training and experience has been primarily in the area of Tax and Estate Planning. He received his Masters degree in Taxation from the University of San Diego and received his Juris Doctorate degree from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where he served as a member of the Cooley Law Review. Mr. Barndt also earned a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and thereafter practiced as an Electrical Engineer for three years before attending law school. Mr. Barndt divides his time between two law offices, one in the City of Orange and one in San Diego. As an attorney, he has prepared many estate plans for clients in the Southern California area. He services all areas of the estate planning field including Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, and yes, even PROBATE! Though the purpose of his practice is to minimize the burden and cost associated with the passing of title at death, he will also assist those who have relatives who have failed to plan or who did not plan wisely. Mr. Barndt has been admitted to practice in the State of California, the United States Tax Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Barndt is also a Notary Public and holds a California Insurance license as well as his securities license.
